Final Movie Night of the Season (Weather Permitting)

Sep 10th 2016: For the last Hurrah we are presenting Tomorrowland, starring George Clooney and Britt Robertson.

Whenever Casey Newton (Britt Robertson) touches a lapel pin with the letter T on it, she finds herself transported to Tomorrowland, a city filled with huge robots and sleek buildings. The gifted young woman recruits the help of scientist Frank Walker (George Clooney), a previous visitor to Tomorrowland, who years ago made a startling discovery about the future. Together, the two adventurers travel to the metropolis to uncover its mysterious secrets.

It will likely be cold down at the beach, so blankets are strongly recommended! The movie will start at 8PM

EBCC Movie Night Aug 27th 2016

Spiraling down towards the end of our Summer movie schedule, for our next to last movie we present!

The Sandlot:

Scotty Smalls moves to a new neighborhood with his mom and stepdad, and wants to learn to play baseball. The neighborhood baseball guru Rodriquez takes Smalls under his wing, and soon he’s part of the local baseball buddies. They fall into adventures involving baseball, treehouse sleep-ins, the desirous lifeguard at the local pool, the snooty rival ball team, and the travelling fair. Beyond the fence at the back of the sandlot menaces a legendary ball-eating dog called The Beast, and the kids inevitably must deal with him.

We will be starting the film at 8:45 PM down at the beach. Though we have citronella torches out, the mosquito’s are still an issue. Bringing a blanket to cover up with is recommended.
